Movement & Wellness (Online)
Designed to support physical wellness and emotional regulation, this program fosters body awareness, relaxation, and overall well-being in a calm and inclusive virtual space. Each session begins with upbeat movement to release energy, flows into calming yoga/meditation, and wraps up with a group discussion exploring a new wellness topic each week.
