“DramaWay”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to DramaWay, a Canadian registered charity (Charitable Registration No. 757687272RR0001).

  • information you submit is accurate and complete

  • program details, schedules, and availability may change

  • additional program-specific terms may apply and will be provided at registration

Refunds/cancellations: Program-specific refund policies may apply. Where a refund policy is shown on a registration page or form, that policy governs.

4) Donations

If you make a donation through the Site, donations are typically non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

5) Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, logos, design, and other materials) is owned by or licensed to DramaWay and protected by applicable laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

6) Links and third-party services

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (for example, for forms, communications, donations, and payment processing). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services may be governed by their separate terms.

11) Text messaging terms (SMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from DramaWay:

  • Message frequency may vary.

  • Opt out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

  • Help: Reply HELP for help, or email info@dramaway.com.

  • We do not use SMS/MMS to solicit monetary donations or payments.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
